Rachael R Majorowicz
Chair
Rachael has worked at Mayo Clinic outpatient hemodialysis for the past 5 years providing patient care, creating educational materials, and providing nutrition education for medical students, nephrology fellows, nurses, and dietetic interns. She remains active in CRN-Minnesota as co-chair, planning numerous educational events for renal professionals and promoting patient programs. Serving as Assistant Editor for the Renal Nutrition Forum will allow her to further serve her fellow renal educators.

Kathleen Madigan MS, RD, LDN, CSR, MB
Immediate Past Chair
Kathleen has been a renal dietitian for over 28 years. She is currently employed by Fresenius Medical Care NA. Kathleen has been an active member of the Renal Practice Group for many years. She is also a test developer for the CSR exam. Locally, Kathleen has served on the CRN Network 4 Board several times. She is also active in her community serving on the YMCA of Eastern Delaware County in PA. In her spare time, Kathleen is a competitive Irish Step Dancer and serves as the consulting dietitian for the North American Irish Dance Federation.

Sarah Kruger, MS, RD

Sarah has a BS from Michigan State University and a MS from Case Western Reserve University, both in nutrition. She is currently a CKD Sales Specialist for Abbott Renal Care. Sarah has experience working at Renal Advantage Inc and started her own practice consulting CKD stage 3/4 patients. Sarah is also involved with other professional organizations including Chair for Michigan CRN.

Jane Louis RD, CSR, LD
Secretary
Jane Louis received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Houston and completed her dietetic internship at Oklahoma State University. Jane is currently employed at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where she works with home dialysis patients and the multi-organ transplant program. She has been an appointed member of the ESRD Network 14 Medical Review Board since 2006. Jane’s hobbies include cycling.

Stacey C. Phillips, RD, LD
Treasurer, Renal Nutrition Forum
Stacey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Food Sciences and Human Nutrition and is currently working on her master’s degree at Central Michigan University. She has been a clinical dietitian for three years, primarily working with renal patients. She is excited about being part of the editorial team!
